John Aglialoro is the Chairman and CEO of Cybex International. He is producer and co-screenwriter of the Atlas Shrugged movies. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Aglialoro is a graduate of Temple University. He is an entrepreneur who has owned and operated a variety of businesses for the past 30 years as Chairman and co-founder of UM Holdings Ltd. of Haddonfield, New Jersey. The holding company purchased Trotter Treadmills in 1983 and in 1997 merged Trotter with Cybex International, a public company now traded on the NASDAQ under the symbol CYBI. Mr. Aglialoro became CEO of CYBEX in 2001 and was responsible for turning around the company’s declining results. Since that time, CYBEX has emerged as a leader in the fitness industry and is a full-line manufacturer of commercial exercise equipment. The Company produces both cardiovascular and strength training equipment with plants in Medway, Massachusetts and Owatonna, Minnesota. The CYBEX brand is recognized worldwide as a standard of premium quality fitness products. Mr. Aglialoro serves as Chairman of the Board of EHE International, a UM company and on the Board of Trustees of The Atlas Society. He is the Mayor of Tavistock Borough in Tavistock, New Jersey
